Onboarding Process For FlexCare IT Support Packages

Starting with a new IT support provider can seem like a daunting task but we’re here to make the process smooth and hassle-free. To ensure we can support you as effectively as possible, we have a proven and effective onboarding process. Every customer we onboard, we give personal, dedicated time to. Our experts are on hand to work with you and your teams to put in place the best and most robust solution for your organisation.

1. Gap Analysis & Improvements

We will assess and examine the software, hardware or infrastructure you are looking to support. You will receive a detailed gap analysis report to help define your current position, business need, existing usage, and the scope of work needed (if any) to offer you a FlexCare managed service.

2. Ensure Cyber Security

We will review your security stance to ensure you meet our Cyber Foundations requirements. This is a comprehensive 45-point checklist of items we review to ensure your company is kept safe from cyber criminals.

3. Onboarding

Once the gap analysis project is complete and systems are at the agreed standard, you will be onboarded and documented. Our staff are briefed about your systems and infrastructure, ready for the agreed start date.

4. Ongoing Reviews

You’re assigned a dedicated account manager to regularly review your support contract and usage. The aim of this is to make support as cost-effective and valuable as possible for you, so you continually get the most out of your investment.
