Cybit Acquires Technique Ltd To Expand UK Reach And Broaden IT Managed Services Proposition

21st March 2022 – Cybit is excited to announce its expanding capabilities nationwide for the provision of IT services and data analytics with Berkshire based Technique after a successful acquisition. This follows the successful acquisition of Cyphra in 2021.

Technique provides day to day IT support and project-based IT consultancy to organisations which do not have their own support staff or who require assistance for their existing team. Formed nearly 20 years ago, Technique has grown to help hundreds of businesses, across a wide range of sectors both in the UK and internationally.

The acquisition will allow Cybit to establish a foothold in the South of England (Thatcham), to complement the existing operations in the North of England (Newcastle), Scotland (Glasgow) and Northern Ireland (Belfast), giving greater geographical reach, broader market penetration and increased sales momentum across the UK. Furthermore, the move provides significant cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to accelerate growth and drive new and incremental revenues across the Cybit, Cyphra and Technique customer bases.
